The registered company name and number should be entered at the top
of the form, followed by the date of resolution and the details of the
auditor that has been removed and the date of removal.
Go to Client | View,
on the Basis tab click Auditor,
one of the following options will be selected: Agent,
Alternative Auditor, No
Auditor. If the selected option is changes and OK
is clicked, a Change of client auditor options screen displays. Enter
the Effective date of change and
the Date of passing the resolution
and click Log.
Once the form has been activated, go to Reports | Company Reports, highlight form AA03 and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details, go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form AA03-Notice of resolution removing auditors from office. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Report | Blank Forms | Form AA03- Notice of resolution removing auditors from office. This opens the blank form in Microsoft Word.
