This form should be filled out to show where the register of debenture holders is located when held in computer format.
The company number and the full business name should be printed at the top of the form.
The address of the location of the register of debentures should be entered. Under this the form should be signed and dated by a director or secretary.
The name, address and telephone number of the presentor of the form
should be entered below this should Companies House need to contact with
any queries.
To activate a completed form go to Client
| View, select the Address
tab and click Registers at the
bottom of the screen. This screen gives the option to select an address
to use against the Register of Debenture
Holders. Select the downwards arrow to select an address, if the
required address is not listed then it will need to be added as a new
address on the main Address tab.
Tick the Computer Format tick
box to activate the form 190a instead of the form 190.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form 190a - Location of Register of Debenture Holders (no-legible format). The form will open in Word/PDF showing the basic details which are the company name, the registered number and the Companies House contact details.
To display a blank form go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form 190a - Location of Register of Debenture Holders (no-legible format). This will open the completely blank form into Word/PDF.
