The LLP name and number should be at the top of the form. The date of
determination and the details of the auditor that has been removed should
be entered followed by the date of removal.
Go to Client | View, select the Basic tab and click Auditor, one of the following options will be selected Agent, Alternative auditor, No auditor. If the selected option is changed and OK is clicked, a screen for Change of client auditor options appears. Enter the effective date of change and the date of passing the resolution; click Log and the screen closes.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLAA02 and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | LLAA02- Notice of removal of auditor from a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | LLAA02- Notice of removal of auditor from a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
