LL MG09- Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

When a Limited Liability Partnership registered in one jurisdiction acquires a property in another and there is a mortgage or charge over that property, LLMG09 should be completed.

To activate the form

To activate a completed form go to Edit | Mortgages and Charges, click New.

Required fields are:

• The creation date

• The date the property was acquired

• That the property is situated in Scotland or Northern Ireland

• Instrument type, description will follow from the selection but can be overwritten

• An amount or description of the charge should be entered

1. Select the Persons Entitled tab, click New to enter mortgagee or persons entitled.

2. Select the Particulars tab, enter short particulars of all property mortgaged or charged.

3. Enter name of person signing the form from the drop down menu when prompted.

4. Click Yes when asked to log the particulars of this event.

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLMG09 and click Print Form and OK.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLMG09- Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLMG09- Certificate of registration of a charge comprising property situated in another UK jurisdiction by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
