The LLP name and number should be at the top of the form and the member(s)
should state their name, sign and date the form.
Go to Client | View, select
the Basic tab and untick the Struck off
field. Click Save, the Company
Reinstated window displays prompting which member is signing the
form and the date the company was reinstated. Enter the details and click
Log.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLDS02s and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLDS02- Withdrawal of striking off application by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLDS02- Withdrawal of striking off application by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
