How do I edit the default Memorandum and Articles of Association in IRIS Company Formations

• IRIS provides standard wording for the Memorandum and Articles.

1. From the menu bar select Setup | Memorandum and Articles Defaults

The following screen displays.

• These options are only available for Limited Companies / Limited by Shares.

2. Select one of the Standard Defaults options to edit the values.

3. Click OK.

The following screen displays.

4. Click on the + to open the Limited by Shares folder.

The next screen displays.

5. Click on the + to open the Memorandum or Association.

The following screen displays.

6. Complete the relevant data screens.

7. Select Save.

8. Click on the + to open the Articles of Association folder.

9. Complete the relevant data screens.

10. Click Exit Screens.
