The Account Analysis option can be used to produce an additional report on the Corporation Tax Computation that displays detailed postings made in IRIS Accounts Production. The report also details any automatic or manual posting adjustments that have been made for the Corporation Tax computation by the Postings option in IRIS Business Tax or by the Business Tax Accounts option. A manual adjustment option allows details to be entered manually (details that have not come from IRIS Accounts Production automatically).
To access this screen select Edit | Account Analysis from the Business Tax main screen.
This option displays all Profit and Loss Accounts for the selected Limited
Company that have relevant postings made to the account.
By selecting the check box next to the relevant account displayed on screen, IRIS Business Tax will produce a detailed journal of postings made in IRIS Accounts Production for the selected account(s) at the end of the Corporation Tax Computation report.
To add/remove the journal(s) from the computation, simply select the
check box to include the selected account(s) in the computation, or deselect
the check box to remove the select account(s) from the corporation tax
computation report. By selecting or deselecting the first check box on
the title bar, IRIS Business Tax will include/remove all the relevant
accounts in the corporation tax computation.

the relevant postings been made to. All Profit & Loss account codes
(account code 1 to 499) that have postings against them are listed here.
This column displays the IRIS Accounts Production posting descriptions.
The corporation tax computation displays each account description as a
separate title. Each journal posting made under this account description
is shown with the narrative as entered in IRIS Accounts Production.
This column displays the total amount posted against the selected account
from IRIS Accounts Production. Where several postings are made to that
account, each amount is displayed separately on the Account Analysis report.
This column displays any amounts that have been adjusted for the corporation
tax computation. This can include postings that have been automatically
adjusted according to the Business Tax Accounts at either client level
(Edit | Business Tax Accounts)
or chart level (Setup | Business Tax
Accounts), or manual adjustments made in the Edit
Posting screen.
