The templates that IRIS AutoMail contains are examples, provided as a start point and to demonstrate how the package could be used. Whilst the templates are updated periodically when best practice changes, IRIS Software Limited can not guarantee that they will always be up to date.
It is, therefore, strongly recommended that all templates used within IRIS AutoMail are checked for content before being relied upon.
The letters contained within our AutoMail are based on the guidance of a selection of sources including our customers, the ICAEW, the ACCA, CCH, various Practitioners Guides and our own in house expertise.
If you would like any new templates, or changes made to any of our issued templates please e-mail the details to IRIS Support. Please include the name of the template, explain why you want the changes and provide an example of your source. Once received we will assess your template requirements for a future IRIS release.
