How do I print the Doctors chart of
accounts?
From the main Accounts Production help screen select Chart
of Accounts, then select the Medical chart, EMED.
How do I post Private income?
Post the debit to the private income account for the relevant partner in
account 470/98.
Post the credit to the relevant account in 471.
The partners to which the credit entry relates is identified by their order
number.
For example, if you were posting private income for partner number 1, you
would:
Dr account 470/98*1 (Private income - partner number 1)
Cr account 471/1*1 (Private medicals - partner number 1)

How do I post Personal expenses?
Post the credit to the personal expense accounts for the relevant partner
in account 470/99.
Post the debit to the relevant sub account in account 471.
The partner to which the debit entry relates is identified by their sub
account number.
For example, if you were posting personal motor expenses for partner number
1, you would:
Cr account 470/98*1 (Personal expenses - partner number 1)
Dr account 472/1*1 (Motor expenses - partner number 1)

How do I post the Seniority awards
to the individual partners?
Debit the bank account with the amount received, post the credit to account
number 36 (Seniority allowance).
Debit the relevant seniority sub account in account 470, for example, for
partner number 1 debit account 470/2*1, credit account 998*1, the prior
shares account for partner number 1.
