Accounts for Self Assessment - Bringing forward  

If several changes have been made to the mapping for one tax year these can be brought forward to the next year for:

• Just this client

• Just this chart

• All clients on this chart

• All clients on all charts
  

In Business Tax to access this screen go to:

1. Select Setup | Accounts for Self Assessment

2. Click Continue when the explanatory message displays.

3. Select either Business or Chart.

4. Highlight the year to update with last years amended mappings and select Bring forward.
   

Select the required option:

• Just this client - brings forward the mapping changes for the client in use.

• Just this chart - brings forward the mapping changes for the chart used by the selected client. (Can only be used by Master).

• All clients on this chart - brings forward the mapping changes on the chart and all clients on the chart. (Can only be used by Master).

• All clients on all charts - brings forward the mapping changes on the charts and all clients. (Can only be used by Master).
