Alternative reports for clients using the EPST chart

Fixed assets

Within PSA and PSN if postings exist a schedule or note displays for each of the following; if no aliases are set, the default report displays. Alternatively aliases can be set to produce the assets with just the net book value details.

The Net book value across the page aliases only apply to sub-codes

Current and capital accounts

The reports produced within PSA and PSN by default are:

CPC - For multiple capital accounts (Sole traders only)

CPP - Capital accounts summary

CAP - Capital accounts (Partnerships only)

CA2 - Property capital account (Partnerships only)

CA3 - Other capital account 1 (Partnerships only)

CA4 - Other capital account 2 (Partnerships only)

The capital accounts layout can be altered by using the data screen under Notes to Financial Statements | Capital Accounts

The alternatives are:

CUR = CC2 - Capital and current accounts, this is the same format used as in the IRIS chart, it has comparatives. Click here to see how.
