Subsidiary 13

This client screen is used for Limited Companies.

It can be found in:

This screen can be used to give the following required disclosure for a subsidiary company:

• Company name
• Nature of business
• Registered Office (whether inside or outside of the United Kingdom)
• Shares held by “client” in subsidiary company
• Company information
• iXBRL

Where the year end date is different to the 'client', a date should be entered within the ‘Please enter date’ field.

In addition, the Subsidiary 13 - Additional/Replacement Note data screen can be used to supplement or replace this screen.

Reports

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.

IRIS will return to the Subsidiary 13 data screen when you exit the report option.

To view the notes only enter NOT in the Report/Document field.
