Signature on Report of the Directors

This client screen is used for Limited Companies.

It can be found in:

Edit | Data Screens | Report of the Directors | Signature on Report of the Directors

Enter text to appear above the signatures, IRISPTP will default to show:

Signatures on Report of the Directors

If the secretary is to sign the directors' report, the box should be ticked. The company secretary's name will be at the end of the Report of the directors as entered in Edit | Directors/Secretary

• IRIS checks the system to ensure the secretary is current.

If a director is to sign the Report of the directors enter the identifier of the director to sign, click the magnifying glass to display a list of directors.

If producing Guernsey accounts. Again, click the magnifying glass to select the Director. To produce Guernsey accounts go to Company Information | Country for Legislation

If these fields are left blank, IRIS will assume a director is to sign the report.

Reports

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.

IRIS will return to the Signature on report of the directors screen when you exit the report option.

To view the Report of the Directors only enter DIR in the Report/Document field.

This screen will be displayed automatically during the auto-pilot routine.
