Operating Leases

This client screen is used for Limited companies.

It can be found in:

Edit | Data Screens | Notes to Financial Statements | Balance Sheet Items | HP and Finance Leases - Future Interest Payable | Operating Leases

The information on this screen will only affect the operating lease section of the note.

Enter the minimum lease payments falling due for operating leases:

• Within one year
• Between one and five years
• In more than five years                                                                 

Tick the box to REPLACE the content above (text and amounts) with the details entered in the additional/replacement text box.  

If the replace box is ticked, any text entered here will be used to replace the content above within the notes.

If the replace box is left blank, any text entered here will be added to the content above within the notes.

Reports

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.

IRIS will return to the Operating Leases screen when you exit the report option.

To view the notes only enter NOT/NOI in the Report/Document field.
