Investment Property

This client screen is used for Limited Companies.

It can be found in:

Edit | Data Screens | Notes to Financial Statements | Balance Sheet Items | Investment Property | Additional/Replacement Note etc.

If the tick box for the fair value module is ticked the subheading on the investment property note will appear as Fair Value, if left unticked it will appear as Cost or Valuation.

If the replace box is ticked, any text entered here will be used to replace the standard Investment Property note.

If the replace box is left blank, any text entered here will be added to the standard Investment Property note.

This note will only be generated if postings have been made to account 563 (sub-accounts) if using the ELTD chart

Reports

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.

IRIS will return to the Tangible Assets screen when you exit the report option.

To view the notes only enter NOT for a Limited company set of accounts within the Report/Document field.
