In the first line type in the heading of the note, if required. In the rest of the screen type in the text of the note.
This screen could be used for political and charitable contributions, information regarding employee involvement or health and safety.

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.
IRIS will return to the Freeform screen when you exit the report option.
To view the Directors report only enter DIR in the Report/Document field.
