If selected, the duty of care to third parties paragraph will refer to Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006.

If the replace box is ticked, any text entered here will be used to replace the standard paragraph.

To view the Qualified auditors report only enter AUD (Abbreviated, small - AUM, medium - AUE) in the Report/Document field.

To view the Unqualified auditors report only, enter AUX (Abbreviated, small - AUY, medium - AUZ) in the Report/Document field.
