Directors Changes Since Year End

This client screen is used for Limited Companies.

It can be found in:

Edit | Data Screens | Company Information | Directors Changes Since Year End

Directors appointed since year end

Enter the identifier(s) of the director(s) appointed. Their names will appear on the company information page but not the directors' report which only lists directors in office during the year.

Example:

Business year end 31/12/2001  Director appointed 31/10/2001

       No entry is required

Directors resigned/died since year end

Enter the identifier(s) of director(s) who have resigned/died since the year end. These directors will not appear on the company information page but will be listed in the directors' report.

Example:

Business year end 31/12/2001  Director resigned/died 31/10/2001

       No entry is required

Click the magnifying glasses to display a list of directors relevant to this business.

Reports

Use this option to view or print any report without leaving this screen.

IRIS will return to the Directors changes since year end screen when you exit the report option.

To view the Directors report only enter DIR in the Report/Document field.

This screen will be displayed automatically during the auto-pilot routine.
