How Do I Show the Company Registered Number on the Balance sheet

Introduction

This topic explains how to enter the Company Registration number in Accounts Production and for this then to be printed on the balance sheet of the accounts.

• The requirement of the Companies Act 2006 is to print the Company Registration Number either on the Balance Sheet, Audit Report or Report of the Director.

1. Log on to Accounts Production.

2. From the Accounts Production select Edit | Data Screens
   
   The following screen displays:
   
   
   

3. Within the Data Screens, select Presentation Options.
   
   
   

4. Select Report Headers.
   
   The following screen displays.

5. Select the option to include the Company Registered Number on the reports.
   
   
   

6. Click the Save icon.

7. Click the Exit Screens icon.

• The Company Registered Number will now be displayed on all pages as a Report Header.
