To initiate the creation of The Beaumont Discretionary Trusts Sole Tradership,
Click the plus sign next to Income then click the plus sign next to Trade Profession or Vocation.
Click New on the right-hand side of the screen to open the Client Involvement Screen.
Click the Trades tab then click New.
Click the magnifying glass to the right of the Trading as box to access a list of existing trades.
Click New to open the Adding Business Client wizard.
Enter the details of the Trade as follows.
Click Next twice then click Finish and enter the Identifier BEAUT.

Select the trade from the database, it is not necessary to enter a from or to date in this case, these date are only relevant for partnerships, click OK.
Close the client involvement screen. Beaumont Marketing will now appear in the top half of the trade profession or vocation screen.
Click New in the bottom half of the screen.
Enter the relevant account date for this example use 05.04.05 then click OK.
Double-click on the Account Date, then enter details of income and expenses.
