Missing Timesheets

Displayed are the dates when a timesheet is not present in a period. A timesheet is expected for staff members for everyday of a period.

This only applies to those staff members set to part time or standard practice hours.

The missing Timesheets report can be used to aid closing a Time Period.

 

To view missing timesheets:

  1. Enter the Time Ledger (as MASTER).

  2. Click Periods.

  3. Click Current Periods.

  4. Click on a period that you wish to view.

  5. Click View.

  6. Click Missing.

The unaccounted time for period screen displays.

This displays the staff identifier, staff name, and the dates that the timesheet is missing.

Click Print for a copy of the unaccounted time, or Cancel to close.
