The Time Account display is frequently used to enquire about postings and instructions made to the Time Ledger. Time Ledger postings are listed which can be viewed for further details, and printed as an office hardcopy.
To access the Time Account Display:
Enter the Time Ledger.
Click Enquiries.
Select Account Details.
The Time Account Display screen displays.
The following fields are available:
Client - type in the client identifier, or select clicking the magnifying glass. For example, A001.
Job - if you have elected to use job types, type in the job type identifier, or select using the magnifying glass. For example, PTAX.
Include - select whether to display either postings or instructions. This will display either postings or instructions that have been made to the client account.
State - select whether to display items that are on the ledger, or waiting in the pending queue for the client account.

Current WIP Balance - displayed is the current WIP balance for the select client account. For example, the 'unbilled' time.
Unabsorbed - displayed is the current unabsorbed balance for the selected clients account. For example, a figure of 200 will show the clients account is £200 in credit.
Latest Bill - displayed is the date of the latest invoice posted to the clients account.
Unmatched only - select Unmatched only to exclude matched postings. For example, this may be used to see what hasn't been invoiced yet.
Main Window - displayed in the main window are either postings or instructions, as selected from the 'include' section on the current screen.
Details of postings include:
Period - displayed is the Time Period that the posting was made into.
Date - displayed is the date that the posting was made for.
Amount - displayed is the value of the time ledger posting. For example, a timesheet posting for one hours work may display £30 in this column.
Details - displayed is a summary of each posting. These include the reference, posting type, staff member, date and time.
Details for instructions include:
Period - displayed is the Time Period that the instruction was made into.
Date - displayed is the date that the instruction was made for
Amount - displayed is the bill value of an invoice or credit note.
The amount of a write off is showed in the details column.
Details - displayed is a summary of each instruction. These include the reference, instruction type and details of the instruction.
View - highlight a posting (or instruction) and click on the view button for further details. For example, to see matching details.

Match A/C - click on the Match A/C button to match time ledger items together. Select invoice / write offs to match an invoices or write off to time postings, or select tidy
postings to match two postings together.
Print - click to print an office hardcopy for the clients WIP account.
Block - click to block the account. If you have elected to use job types, clicking Block will block the clients job. For example, if you have used the Time Account display to enquire about postings made to job type PTAX for client A001 and click Block, you can prevent postings being made to PTAX for this client.
