The staff timesheet displays time and expense postings made within a timesheet, or timesheet correction.
To produce a staff timesheet report complete the options, order and selection tabs in sequence. (See report format topic).
To access the staff timesheet report:
Enter the Time Ledger.
From the menu select Reports.
Click Staff reports.
Click Timesheets.
The options allows you to define the system constraints for the client billing decisions for the staff timesheets report. The following options are available:
To restrict the staff timesheet report enter dates within the 'from' and to 'field'. For example, type '01/01/05' in the from field, and '07/01/05 in the 'to' field.
Timesheets that begin, or end within this date range will be displayed. Using the example above, if a staff member had two timesheets that lay within this range (a timesheet for 28/12/04 to 02/01/05 and another timesheet for 03/01/05 to 09/01/05), then both timesheets will be displayed.
The from and to fields must be entered to run the report.
Select to display later corrections within a timesheet.
Timesheet corrections are postings that have been made to correct timesheet postings once the timesheet has been updated.

By placing in the checkbox provided to start each timesheet on a new page. For example, ten timesheets for a staff member will use ten pages.
Select from either Portrait or Landscape to determine the print run for the report. Selecting portrait will display the report vertically, whilst choosing Landscape will display the information vertically.
