This is a Time Ledger report that displays staff members missing timesheets.
To produce the Staff Missing Timesheets report complete the options, order, selection and columns tabs in sequence. (See report format topic).
To access the Staff Missing Timesheets report:
Log into the Time Ledger.
Click Reports.
From the sub-menu select Staff reports.
Select Missing Timesheets.
The Options screen allows you to define the system constraints for the staff missing timesheets report.
The following options are available:
Enter a date into the 'from' and 'to' fields to search for missing timesheets within this date range. For example, for the duration of a week. Timesheets outside of this range will be exlcluded.
The missing timesheet report searches for timesheets not yet created, with 3 optional reporting levels:
Incomplete timesheets - reports on staff members who have not filled in the expected time for the timesheet will be displayed. For example, if the duration of a timesheet is 35 hours and 20 hours have been posted, the timesheet will have a status of complete.

Report on Timesheets not yet on the ledger - reports on timesheets that have not been updated to the ledger.
Report on timesheets for casual staff - reports on timesheets that are missing for casual staff members.
