Delete posting in batch

Postings within a batch with an open status can be deleted from the Fees Ledger.

To delete postings within an open batch:

1. Enter the Fees Ledger.

2. Click Posting.

3. Click Batches.

4. Highlight the required open batch.

5. Click Select.

The Fees Posting to batch screen displays.

6. Right-click on the posting to be deleted.

7. Select Delete.

The Fees posting will be removed from the ledger.

• If the batch is closed the item cannot be deleted.
