To generate financial statements showing:
Column 1 : current year to 31/12/2008
Column 2 : comparative year to 31/12/2007
This is the type of report which would be used to generate financial statements at the year end. The period fields are left blank to generate the report for the entire year.
Please note that if accounts are being generated for a limited company you must enter the posting file entry number for year before last against Column 3 to ensure that the reconciliation of movements in shareholders funds is correct and to stop error messages regarding revaluation appearing on the statutory profit and loss account.
