Tutorials

These tutorials are designed to help the user learn the features of Accounts Production. The tutorials all use a fictitious set of data, but you could follow the tutorial instructions while using data of your own if this is the way you would prefer to learn.

All characters, businesses and figures used in this tutorial are entirely fictitious. No reference to any existing person or company is intended.

The tutorials are as follows:

Limited company (ELTD) - covering all aspects of posting from a trial balance and working papers.

Partnership (EPST) - covering the partnership shares.

Management accounts - for more experienced users.

Pension Scheme - covering all aspects of creating a pension scheme set of accounts.

Charitable Companies (ICHA) - covering all aspects of posting from a trial balance and working papers.

Conventions

In order to avoid confusion, the following conventions are used in these tutorials;

• references to items which appear on the screen, for example,  menu choices, are shown in bold type;
• items to be keyed by the user are shown in italics;
